pkrvlp Terms and Conditions — Player Agreement

pkrvlp is an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pkrvlp.bet, operated for the benefit of Pakistani players. The platform offers casino games, jackpot slots, live cricket betting, Andar Bahar, virtual sports, and related gaming services, all transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms set out the rules under which pkrvlp operates and the obligations you accept as a registered player. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement by reference.

pkrvlp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email or platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of pkrvlp after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use pkrvlp, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkrvlp strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18. If we discover at any point that a player is or was under 18 at the time of registration or at any time during their use of the platform, the account will be permanently closed, all bonuses will be forfeited, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use may be withheld.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from pkrvlp or self-excluded under our Responsible Gaming programme during any active exclusion period.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register relevant to online gambling that applies to your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal right to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pkrvlp is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkrvlp does not provide legal advice on this matter.

Each individual is permitted to hold one pkrvlp account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, pkrvlp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any information you provided at registration changes — particularly your mobile number or bank account details used for withdrawals — you must update your profile or notify our support team promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrvlp login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pkrvlp will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pkrvlp support immediately at support@pkrvlp.bet. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing your account pending resolution.

pkrvlp is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity, age, and payment details of players. KYC verification is a one-time process that may be triggered at registration or at any point during your use of the platform — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Verification documents we may request include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photo of your Easypaisa/JazzCash account showing your registered number).

pkrvlp aims to complete KYC verification within ten minutes for players who provide clear, complete documentation. Withdrawal processing is not delayed beyond this window for players who have already completed KYC. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period following a request may result in account restriction or closure.

All deposits at pkrvlp are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees of any kind. pkrvlp supports the following payment methods for deposits:

Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. pkrvlp does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your pkrvlp account, the funds may be frozen pending verification and may be returned to the source account.

pkrvlp does not accept deposits made with funds borrowed for gambling purposes, including credit facilities. Deposits made via credit cards that are processed as cash advances are entirely the player's responsibility. pkrvlp does not facilitate or encourage borrowing to fund gambling.

Withdrawals from pkrvlp are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

pkrvlp's standard for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under five minutes from approval. IBFT bank transfers may take up to four hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Players who have completed KYC will not experience additional delays beyond these standard processing windows for routine withdrawals.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have wagered your deposit at least once before a withdrawal is permitted. This requirement is in place to prevent the platform from being used purely as a payment processing facility.
• Any active bonus funds in your account are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Withdrawals of very large amounts (above Rs 50 lakh) may be processed in tranches across multiple business days. pkrvlp will communicate the schedule with the player in such cases.
• pkrvlp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, or unusual activity is suspected. This may temporarily delay processing while the investigation is completed.

pkrvlp offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general conditions stated here.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses at pkrvlp are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before the bonus or winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus would require Rs 20,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses apply to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash at any point before wagering requirements are met.
• pkrvlp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once claimed, the bonus terms in effect at the time of claiming will apply for the duration of the wagering period.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Jackpot slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.

All bets and wagers placed on pkrvlp are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming any bet. pkrvlp does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of a manifest technical error on the platform's part.

pkrvlp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all casino games. All game outcomes are determined independently and randomly. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published on the game information screen and reflects a theoretical long-run average, not a guarantee of any individual session result.

In the event of a technical fault during a game or betting session — including disconnection from the pkrvlp server, game crash, or platform error — pkrvlp's system will use the last recorded game state to determine the outcome. If the fault prevents a fair determination, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. pkrvlp support should be contacted immediately if you believe a technical fault has affected your account.

Jackpot slots available on pkrvlp — including progressive jackpots, fixed jackpots, and daily must-drop jackpots — are governed by the underlying game rules set by the licensed game provider as well as these general Terms.

For progressive jackpot games, the advertised jackpot amount at the time of play reflects the current pool value and may change between the moment of initiating a spin and the confirmation of the result. pkrvlp cannot guarantee that the jackpot displayed at the start of a spin will still be available at the moment the spin resolves, as another player may have triggered the jackpot during the same time window.

Some jackpot games require a minimum qualifying bet to be eligible for the jackpot prize. This requirement is stated clearly in the game's paytable. Bets placed below the qualifying threshold remain eligible for standard game prizes but will not qualify for the jackpot. pkrvlp is not responsible for jackpot ineligibility arising from a player choosing a bet size below the qualifying level.

Jackpot winnings are credited to the player's pkrvlp balance immediately upon confirmation by the game system. Very large jackpot wins (above Rs 50 lakh) may be subject to the additional verification procedures described in Section 4 before withdrawal is processed.

Sports bets placed on pkrvlp — including cricket, football, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market in addition to these general Terms. The applicable rules are accessible from the sports betting section of the platform.

pkrvlp offers pre-match and in-play betting. In-play bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the exact moment of acceptance by the platform. Where there is a delay in transmission between the player placing the bet and the platform accepting it — due to network latency or any other reason — the odds confirmed are those active at the time of platform acceptance, not at the time the player initiated the bet. Significant odds changes during this window may result in the bet being offered at revised odds or declined at pkrvlp's discretion.

• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or curtailment — including matches affected by weather, crowd incidents, or venue issues — pkrvlp's settlement rules for each sport apply. Generally, pre-match bets on abandoned matches are void and stakes returned.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and removal without notice as match events develop. pkrvlp cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any in-play market.
• pkrvlp reserves the right to restrict, limit, or decline bets from any player at its discretion, including situations where unusual betting patterns suggest match manipulation, arbitrage, or other forms of advantage play that breach fair use of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrvlp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in respect of genuine pkrvlp transactions.
• Money Laundering: Using pkrvlp as a vehicle for processing funds derived from illegal activity or for the purpose of laundering money through gaming activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated activity to claim bonuses more than once, or employing any strategy designed solely to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game — including live casino or poker variants — in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated scripts, bots, AI tools, or any third-party software to interact with pkrvlp games or betting markets in a manner that bypasses normal gameplay.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to use your pkrvlp account, or using an account registered to another individual.
• Underage Play: Registering or playing while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating underage access to pkrvlp.

pkrvlp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. In such cases, we may retain funds pending investigation of the suspected breach.

Players wishing to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting pkrvlp support. Where the closure request is not related to a gambling problem, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) is covered in Section 14.

If your account is closed by pkrvlp due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings generated during the period of the breach may be forfeited. Genuine deposits made from verified payment methods in your own name will be returned to you following any investigation, minus any amounts offset against losses or damages caused by the breach.

pkrvlp collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering a pkrvlp account you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkrvlp will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or where required by applicable law. All data is stored securely and encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkrvlp intellectual property without prior written consent.

The pkrvlp name and logo may not be used in any way that suggests an association, endorsement, or partnership with pkrvlp without explicit written authorisation. Unauthorised use of pkrvlp intellectual property will be pursued.

pkrvlp provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from outages, technical faults, or periods of unavailability. pkrvlp will not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform, including situations where you were unable to place or manage a bet due to a technical issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvlp's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

pkrvlp is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand these Terms, the applicable game rules, or the specific terms of any bonus offer before participating. It is the player's responsibility to make informed decisions before placing bets or claiming bonuses.

pkrvlp reviews and updates these Terms periodically. Material changes — meaning changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the way pkrvlp processes your money or data — will be communicated to registered players by email or platform notification at least seven days before they take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulation.

Minor, non-material changes such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or cosmetic formatting changes may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change of any kind.

If you do not agree to any revised version of these Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with Section 12. Continued use of pkrvlp following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
